When winter is coming to an end most of us look pasty, so we all can use a healthy glow. A holiday to a tropical island would be nice, but if that’s not in the cards for you, then our 4 steps to a healthy glow below will make you look like you just came back from St. Barth’s.
How to get a healthy glow in 4 Steps:
Step 1: Primer
A good primer will make your skin look like it’s lit from within and create a smooth base. A primer will also ensure you’re makeup will stay on longer, so invest in a decent one. Smooth the primer across your face with light strokes.
Step 2: Bronzer
Using a brush lightly stoke bronzer on cheeks, forehead, nose and chin. I personally like to use bronzer on my eyelids as well as it gives a refreshed look. Use a natural, not to orange-y colored bronzer (such as Guerlain’s Terracotta bronzer or Estee Lauder’s Bronze Goddess) that comes close to your own natural color.
Step 3: Illuminator
Blend a little bit of illuminator such as NARS Albatross on your cheekbones and below the eyebrows. This will give you a dewy sheen, but be careful not to use too much product or you will look shiny instead of glow-y.
Step 4: Lip gloss
Apply a soft pink, coral or beige colored lip gloss depending on your skin tone.
And you’re done! Just 4 steps to healthy glowing look. This look can be created in 5 minutes, so this is perfect for those days that you need a pick me up without investing too much time!
